Adidas have been busy unveiling a host of Brazil-inspired World Cup gear in recent weeks. Now Nike have upped the ante by revealing the kit to be worn by the tournament hosts.
The classic design features laser-cut side ventilation and Nike’s dri-fit technology.
Inside the collar is inscribed ‘Canarinho’, the nickname of the iconic home shirt of the Selecao.
A small golden outline has been added to the crest and the ‘Brasil’ text below it removed.
The new kit numbers feature a design inspired by classic fonts used for street posters in Brazil. They also feature a fluorescent outline to improve visibility.
